Q. Are there any other on-demand payment options that do not require writing a check?
A. Yes. You may pay your premium online or by phone.
Q. How do I make an on-demand payment online?
A.

There are two ways to make an online payment:

  1. Click on the Pay Now button on the Account Summary screen.
  2. Click on the Make a one-time payment, enroll in automatic payments or paperless billing link on the login page. This allows payment to be made without logging in to the site.
Q. Are the online payment screens viewable in a mobile-friendly format?
A. Yes. Our payment screens have been designed for use on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.
Q. How do I make a payment by phone?
A. To pay your bill by phone at any time, simply call us at 866-290-2920.
Q. What on-demand payment methods are available for online and phone payments?
A. Available on-demand payment methods are:
  1. Electronic check (EFT) - You may have a single payment withdrawn directly from your checking account.
  2. ATM debit card - Use your debit card to pay any amount.
  3. Credit/Debit card - Make a payment using your American Express®, MasterCard®, or Visa®. This option is available for Billing accounts with a total annual premium less than $25,000.
Q. Can I schedule an on-demand payment to occur on a future date?
A.

Yes. You may schedule a future payment* online as long as the payment is not past due. Only one future payment can be scheduled at a time. You may delete the future scheduled payment until the payment is processed.

*excludes some credit and debit cards.

Q. Is my account secure while paying my bills online?
A. Yes. Liberty Mutual Insurance ensures the security of your account by utilizing industry-standard techniques including secure socket layer (SSL) and strong encryption to protect your transactions. Access to information you have provided is limited to employees and agents of Liberty Mutual who need to know that information in order to service your request. Liberty Mutual maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable regulations, including those of the Payment Card Industry Security Council standards to guard your data. Your Way Pay™ Option

Q. What is Your Way Pay?
A. Your Way Pay is our pay-as-you-go option, for eCLIQ policies, that allows businesses to link their due dates and payments directly to the activity that determines their premiums, such as payroll for Worker's Compensation policies.
Q. How does Your Way Pay work?
A. Your Way Pay allows businesses to pay their premiums in real-time. For example, worker's compensation payroll is reported on a scheduled due date and a withdrawal from the policyholder's bank account is automatically initiated for the payment of the premium. The three reporting capabilities for businesses are: 1) you may self-report your payroll at the end of each pay period 2) you may select one of the approved payroll companies for automated reporting of your payroll data 3) you may select the service provider's option for automated reporting of your payroll data.
Q. How can I select this payment option?
A. This payment option is available at new business or renewal. Please contact your agent if you wish to have a policy issued on Your Way Pay.
