Standard Payment Options:
Online Options that are mobile friendly:
- Automatic Payments - by choosing this option, you will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing:
- EFT - payments withdrawn from your checking account. With this option, enjoy the benefit of 12 monthly installment payments with lower installment fees*.
- Credit/Debit Card - payments charged to your American Express®, MasterCard®, or Visa®. This option is available for Billing accounts with a total annual premium less than $25,000. Installment fees apply.
- Make a Secure One-Time Payment:
- Logged-in users can make a same-day payment or schedule a future payment**, if not past due.
- Without logging in, you can make a same-day payment by clicking on Make a one-time payment, enroll in automatic payments or paperless billing on the login page.
Both one-time payment options allow the following payment methods:
- Electronic Check (EFT) - a single deduction taken directly from your checking account
- ATM Debit Card - a single deduction using your debit card to pay any amount
- Credit/Debit Card - a payment charged your American Express®, MasterCard®, or Visa®. This option is available for Billing accounts with a total annual premium less than $25,000.
Telephone Payment:
- Make an automated phone payment, 24/7, using EFT, debit card, or credit card by calling 866-290-2920.

Your Way Pay™:
- Select our Your Way Pay option at new business or renewal to have your eCLIQ policy issued on our pay-as-you go billing option. This option allows you to report your activity, such as payroll, on scheduled due dates and a withdrawal from your bank account is automatically initiated for the payment of the premium.
*Savings apply to monthly payment plans based on reduced monthly installment fees applied on our direct bill installments. Savings may vary by state and plan.
